I will provide you with a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental space in which to explore whatever challenges you’re facing. My role is not to fix, advise, or diagnose you but to meet you where you are and facilitate your growth.
I work primarily with expats and highly mobile clients, often navigating two or more cultures and languages. My approach is informed not only by my training in Psychology and Psychotherapy but also by my background in design and a passion for narrative, language and philosophy.
